Mark moved into the building in the winter of 1996 and by 1997 began to apply his craft to landscaping the sunroof. The large ‘Hollywood’ Junipers gracing the deck now were small shrubs at that time. When asked about the culture here he commented, “London Terrace is large enough to make its own community. The talent that resides in our buildings could create an economy all its own.”
