1I had no illusions that I could sell my Manhattan studio in the middle of the pandemic when my long-term renters (who lived in England half the month) moved out. Especially because I live in L.A. and couldn’t come and move their belongings out and organize the much needed repairs. After talking to a couple of realtors, I liked Susan’s low-risk, low-effort, low investment (on my part) plan. I figured it wouldn’t work, but would get the process started so I could sell it after the pandemic.
