Susan Singer
LICENSED ASSOCIATE RE BROKER
Since 2001, Susan Singer has great success in real estate with her client-focused approach and outstanding record. Her exemplary performance has included hundreds of sales throughout Manhattan, as well as in her own building, London Terrace Towers. Susan got her first listing while in training, and was named Rookie of the Year while working in the Soho Office. Since then she’s earned numerous other awards and accolades, including Chelsea’s Salesperson of the Year and ranking in the Top 1% of elite NRT brokers nationwide.
Besides being known as the “Queen of London Terrace,” Susan also took the title of EcoQueen of Green, becoming New York City’s first Certified Eco-Broker in 2006. Her expertise in green building and sustainable living inspired her cartoon strip, “The Adventures of the Green Queen” available upon request.
Susan’s creative vision, passion and business acumen are the foundation of her accomplishments. Before real estate, she created a green business upstate featuring natural and recycled products for the home and garden.
During her real estate career many more buildings and new development have focused on green building and materials.
Another sign that Susan always seems to be a step ahead of the market was in 2005 when, believing that Chelsea would become the new, hot neighborhood, she suggested that Corcoran open an office serving that neighborhood. After management studied the numbers they agreed and “the rest is history”.
Susan specializes in selling homes in and around Manhattan; yet her pride and joy are the relationships she has with her clients. Every seller receives superior personalized service that includes complimentary staging along with strategic advice.
While green living has been her lifestyle and core value, Susan primarily focuses on the “other green” when coaching her clients through the process. The key focus is the investment standpoint where she plans purchases/sales for clients, projecting 5-7 years ahead.
She was Director of Direct Marketing for American Baby Magazine, and completed a 2-year degree program in Black Hat Sect Feng Shui.
Susan has served on the boards of London Terrace Towers, Empire State Pride and 23rd Street Business Association and currently a board member for “The Word is Love” which serves the needs of children of incarcerated adults. Her most valued hobby is singing jazz and bebop which she gave up when her business demanded too much of her time.
