Chef Gaurov is known for his restaurant more traditional Indian restaurant on Lexington Avenue and 28th Street. His new establishment ‘a Roka’ at 206 Ninth Ave had a soft opening last week and I was able to enjoy several of their appetizers as well as some of the most innovative cocktails I’ve sipped.
